This policy describes how TDM Administration s.r.o., as the data controller, processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

2. What data we process
- Contact form data: name, e-mail, phone, company name, business type and message content.
- Client data: identification, contact, accounting, payroll and tax data you provide to us when we deliver accounting and administrative services.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and similar data from server logs and cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing services and communication – performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Bookkeeping and statutory/tax obligations – compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interests – website security, fraud prevention and legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Optional cookies and marketing – based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients and processors
We may share data with providers who help us operate the website and services (in particular the Netlify hosting platform, e-mail and accounting-software providers) and with public authorities where required by law. Data-processing agreements are in place with our processors.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate safeguard.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary: enquiries for the duration of communication and our legitimate interest; accounting and tax records for the period required by law (typically 5 to 10 years); data processed on consent until consent is withdrawn.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise your requests at info@tdm-administrativa.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk.
