How does the onboarding process work?

First, we schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your needs. Then we prepare a customised quote. Once approved, we sign the contract and take over your agenda — the entire process usually takes 3–5 business days.

What documents will you need from us?

For bookkeeping, we need access to bank statements (ideally electronic), received and issued invoices, cash receipts, and employee contracts. Everything can be shared digitally via a shared cloud folder.

Do you communicate in languages other than Czech?

Yes, our team is fluent in Czech, English, Ukrainian, and Russian. We provide all documents and consultations in the language that suits you best.

How much do your services cost?

Prices depend on the scope of services and the size of your company. We offer three basic packages starting from CZK 3,990/month. We will be happy to give you an exact price after an initial consultation.

Can you help with setting up a company in the Czech Republic?

Yes, we assist with establishing an s.r.o. (LLC) and registering as a self-employed individual. We handle everything from document preparation to commercial register entry and tax office registration.

How do you handle document exchange?

We prefer digital exchange via shared folders (Google Drive, Dropbox) or email. We can also set up automatic bank statement imports. Paper documents can be delivered to our office in central Prague.
